HB Consultants provides full range of services in the field including pre-feasibility and planning, design of projects, capability building and implementation assistance, monitoring and evaluation, and development studies. The services do not limit but include smallholder development, irrigation and water management, agriculture credit and input assistance, food accounting issues and reforms, economic price of food, agriculture and poverty alleviation, crop production technologies and economics, environmental impact of agricultural policy and practices, extension practices and evaluation thereof, agricultural training, seed multiplication, sorting and verification technologies. HB is currently working in the ADB funded Bangladesh ADB PPTA: BAN 33224-01 Agribusiness Development Project. The purpose of the TA is to help the Government design an agribusiness development project to address the fundamental problems in the sector.
