Consulting activities related to public accounts, finance and financial management formed the foundation for HB Consultants Ltd., during its formative years. Early assignments/projects were essentially accounts and finance-related, successful running and completion of which prepared the ground for its big undertakings in financial management, the FMRP Components, which were not too late to follow given the high competence of its founders. Public sector finance is thus one of the core sectors of the company. It covers accounts, audits, banking, budgeting, etc.
