From the beginning, HB consultants put high emphasis on transfer of technology in all her projects. This was in recognition of the widespread perception that true transfer of technology leads to sustainability at the recipient’s end of the sequential and interlinked set of activities, processes and systems developed under any given project or assignment. This not only benefits the client, but also frees the consultants for new challenges. Concerted efforts on training and capacity building were thus put to train and build capacity among, the client staff.

Regular and need-based training and capacity building continuously update on advances in knowledge and thus boost skills. Our focus is on helping improve quality of formal as well as non-formal education and we design and conduct training and capacity building to enhance knowledge and skills to meet the needs and challenges of human resources development for the 21st century.
