HB has extensive experience of working for more than 7 years in the successful management, implementation and supervision of various monitoring & evaluation and impact assessment projects and studies throughout Bangladesh. HB has thorough understanding and competency working on reviewing and developing gender, socially and environmentally responsible business standards, policies for environmental change and worked on economic analysis and/or economic model building. Among some of the selected projects of HB are IDA funded Follow-up Monitoring and Evaluation System (MES) Study under Second Poverty Alleviation Microfinance Project, Final Monitoring & Impact Evaluation of Integrated Food Security Program (IFSP) of CARE, CARE funded Develop Strategy for Revenue from Roadside Tree Plantation Scheme of BUILD Project.
