Extensive background in public and private sector reform projects in different sectors of Bangladesh;

Demonstrated experience of conducting a number of consulting works aimed at reducing poverty in the country.

Advising Governments on policy related to small and medium enterprise development, financial management, banking and capital market development, social sector development, organizational development, community and rural development;

Providing successful project based assistance to establish or strengthen human resource management, system reengineering, organizational development, expenditure management etc;

Planning the establishment of policy advice units, with social impact monitoring capacity, in support of the development of political consensus;

Review of legal and regulatory frameworks, and drafting of statutes and regulations in support of comprehensive reform.
