Responsible for data collection services to the Consortium in accordance with the set terms and conditions; collect and provide to the Consortium the data and information necessary to implement the Feasibility Study.

• Responsible for collection of data and information necessary for economic and financial analysis of the Project,
• Collection of the data and the past study reports of Bangladesh traffic demand forecasting and railway traffic demand forecasting to be considered to finally study and determine the railway vehicle quantity including future demand to be maintained and repaired in Saidpur Workshop and then to determine the capacity of vehicle maintenance / repair and spare part manufacturing and the size of Saidpur Workshop modernized.
• Collection of data necessary to carry out the engineering design for Saidpur Workshop Modernization Project
• Preparation of The cost estimate data necessary to estimate the project cost and the workshop operation expenses
• Preparation of status of environmental impact.
