The TA scope includes, among others, the following: (i) comprehensive review of Government's internal clearance procedures for project processing/implementation; (ii) provision of extensive training to key project personnel in project monitoring/management, and creating pool of procurement specialists and project audit/accounting specialists; (iii) setting up an effective Management Information System in IMED, and (iv) strengthening of Project Account Management and Audit Capacity of the DG, FAP. |
