Preparation of detailed engineering designs for a new port service road, a oil waste separation plant, an office building for the port environmental unit, which include storage room for facilities to handle oil spill clearing equipment and a small laboratory to test water quality; Preparation of detailed designs for rehabilitation/up-gradation of the internal circulation roads, entry and exit points, the bridge connecting the general cargo area and the container terminals; Preparation of technical specifications for oil waste collector/receptor facility, and equipment and substances to handle oil spills; Preparation of bidding documents for construction works explained in and procurement of equipment and substances explained in and supervision the construction works and supervision of the afore-mentioned works and supply of goods.
